Double38 can be used in with blending techniques, but the unique style and size of the teeth allow for a 38% cutout in a different cut pattern. Along with texture and debulking abilities, there shears can be used horizontally on the ends of longer length hair to achieve a 14 point "point cutting" style with only one cut.
