We use Japanese tools and Japanese sharpening methods.  We always sharpen under water by hand, so your shears are never heated during our sharpening process.  This is very important because if your shear is heated during sharpening the blade may be damaged.  Because of this exclusive sharpening method, we only sharpen shears in our office not at your site.
